Dr. Christine Mushibwe wins ‘Africa’s Most Influential Woman Award’ for Zambia and the Northern Region of SADC

Christine Mushibwe AwardIn 2018 Dr. Christine Mushibwe a founding member of TTCSZ and, at the time, University of Africa’s Vice Chancellor was given an “Africa’s Most Influential Women’s Award” on behalf of CEO Holdings (Pty) Ltd by their executive director of Global Pan African Awards, Annelize Wepener. Dr. Mushibwe was awarded the accolade for the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) Northern region and, for the second year running, for Zambia.

Annelize Wepener said “Dr. Mushibwe is among an impressive group of women who are finding opportunities where seemingly none exist”. The award recognises women who are advancing the developmental agenda of Africa. “It is apparent that she is among the highly skilled women on the continent who are impacting the future of Africa in innovative and ground-breaking ways in the field of education and training”.
